Princess

Evangeline is my princess. Of course, I'm her mommy. The funny thing is that she seems utterly convinced that she is a princess to everyone! Her obsession was truly born out of NOWHERE. She has never seen a princess movie, and we own no princess books. She knows all the princess names and insists that she is called by that name when wearing that costume. She calls Mike her King, and Samuel her prince. She was given a dress up "kit" for her 2nd birthday and she immediately loved dressing up in the twirly dress, the tiara, high-heels, and, oh-my-word, she waved her wand like a professional even though she had no idea what is was for. Maybe that was the beginning of it?? Who knows, but I will indulge her inner princess as long as I, the Queen, get endless hugs and kisses from Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, & Tinkerbell.
